This article will explain the primary method to fix the error message 'Drive Access Denied'.While attempting to browse to the users local C:\ drive to attach or export a file, users will oftentimes get an 'Access Denied' message. When the Citrix plugin was originally installed, the user would have been prompted on which levels of access to allow. If the user did not make any choices, the default is to deny access.
To change this:
Start by looking for the small blue circular Citrix Connection Center icon in the lower right-hand corner, close to the date and time.

Right click the icon and you will be presented with the option to Open Connection Center. Open the connection center.
Here is what it looks like:

With the Connection Center open, find the File Security button and click it to open the Client File Security options box. Choose FULL ACCESS and NEVER ASK ME AGAIN and click OK to close the box. Click OK again to close the Connection Center box..

Now you we suggest you log out and log back in so that the settings can refresh.
