Our History

BusinessWare Services, inc. (BWSI) was founded in 1981 for the purpose of providing technology solutions to data processing needs for small businesses in the Phoenix area. For more than a quarter of a century, BWSI has expanded its scope to an international level. Since 1996, BWSI has focused its attention on the Staffing Industry. The TempWizard product line has become the standard for staffing company data integration.

In 1999, BWSI joined with a funding company specializing in staffing, to provide an integrated funding and full service payroll and billing processing as a linked service. This venture spawned the establishment of BWSI’s complete data center, which provides secure access to business data for staffing companies all over the country. Linking with no more than a personal computer and an internet connection, even the smallest of staffing companies can have access to as sophisticated business information as multimillion dollar companies have with their in-house systems.

Customer service has always been the cornerstone of BWSI. It begins with a sales analysis conducted by industry experts whose primary interest is finding the best possible solution for their prospects. It continues with our implementation staff that educates the new customer on all aspects of the TempWizard product, and assists in configuring it for their needs. Our customer support staff regularly assist our customers in handling those unusual or one time situations that come up for all businesses, and our developers listen to our customer requests in the form of product enhancements and custom designed solutions.
