Create a Direct Hire Job Order


Summary

This article will explain how to create a direct hire job order. Right click the Job Order button, and select Direct Hire Job Order.



Browse to and choose your customer and click Search to bring back any existing DH jobs, or nothing if none exist.



Next, click the Job Information button. This is where you can work on existing jobs or create new DH jobs.
For a new job, click the New button and fill in the top portion:



Once you have saved that part, you can fill in the bottom portion (it is self explanatory), which includes assigning your employee from the Placement tab:






An important note: To create a Direct Hire Invoice you DO NOT have to have a DH job; you can create them manually from the Invoice menu. When you use the DH job, as soon as you assign the employee and click Save, it will ask if you want to generate the invoice at that time:



If you click Yes, it will flip you over to the DH invoice screen to finish the invoice:



Fill in the blanks and click Save. At this point, you are finished.
