Summary
This article explains the recovery steps to take when you are trying to Transfer Payroll and you get the Information Pop Up that "Users are Currently Entering Timesheets" and it will not let you proceed.
This pop up will occur and prevent you from transferring to payroll if a user had left the Timesheets screen open when they closed the program.
To recover, the first step is to remove all of the users from the program. You can accomplish this in one of two ways: 1. Ask everyone to exit TW; or 2. Kick them out using the Show Users On TempWizardTM utility. For this method:
Under the Utilities tab, click on Show Users On TempWizardTM (As with all utilties, if you do not have access to this form, ask your local TW administrator to grant you permission via User Manager).

It will look like this (see below). Simply click to select each user and then click the Disconnect button for each user. DO NOT remove youself.


Once finished removing all the users, simply click the Close button to close the Utilities.

Next, you will use the Unlock Users In Transactions utility to clear all the locks.
Start by accessing the utility from the menu:

The utility is quite basic. Simply click the Unlock button:

You will be presented with the following prompt. Click Yes.

When it is complete, you will get the message below. Click the OK button.

You are finished and will be back at the original Reset Locks windows. Simply click the Close button.

With that closed, you should now be able to finish your Transfer Payroll process.
