You define the activities, which can be searched in a variety of ways, for a powerful means of planning, analysis and comparison of results. Report by recruiter, sales rep, or most any other dimension.

Customer Tracking

You can create custom profiles for your customers to keep relevant data handy and document everything from send-outs to meetings and all conversations. All of this can be cross-referenced by Customer, Contact, Job Order and Employee for a 360 degree view. Plus, you always have the ability to manage your calendar and to-dos through user-defined tasks, activities, priorities and statuses.

Applicant and Employee Tracking

In TempWizard you are able to attach an applicant’s resume to her record and use your customized skill groupings to drag-&-drop skills into her file. A quick availability list helps you to keep a “hotlist” of ready employees. When an employee calls in, you just select an activity type and make a few notes; cross-referencing the job order with the customer. Customized employee checklists provide tracking for licensing requirements, screening questions, test scores, and other purposes. From the job order or Wizard Search screen you can find employees based on skills, demographics, and availability. Once your results appear listing qualified applicants, you can use the one-click assignment of an employee to a job order, or use the mail-merge or email blast capabilities to get the word out.
